How long does it take to receive my order?

Most WATB products are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production and 4–6 business days for shipping once your order is complete.


Are WATB products limited edition?

Many WATB releases are produced in small quantities or as limited runs. Once a style sells out, it may not return.


Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes. WATB offers select custom garments, footwear, accessories, and design services. Contact us directly to discuss your project.


What size should I order?

Most WATB garments fit true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description. For an oversized fit, order your normal size. For a more tailored fit, consider sizing down.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders enter production quickly. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase if you need to request changes or cancellation.


Do you accept returns?

What if my item arrives damaged?
