Refund & Returns Policy

At WATB®, we take pride in producing premium apparel, footwear, accessories, and custom goods designed with purpose and craftsmanship. Because many of our products are made-to-order, produced in limited quantities, or customized specifically for our customers, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Be in their original condition
• Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

WATB reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Custom-made products
• Personalized items
• Made-to-order products
• Limited-edition releases
• Sale, promotional, or clearance items
• Gift cards

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are considered final once production begins.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for:

• Damaged items
• Defective merchandise
• Incorrect items shipped by WATB

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a WATB error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. WATB is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
